Sitting here crying,
Because it's not worth trying,
To feel better about this body I call a shell.
My skin so flabby, My thighs way too thick, my stretch marks red, my heart ripped.
I don't want this body. I want to be beautiful and thin. I want to be someone people see and admire. Even if that's vain, I don't care. I just want to be pretty everywhere.
Pretty where my rolls meet my back, pretty when my stomach doesn't fit. Pretty in the 2 sizes I've gone up, pretty in the stretch marks on my thighs and arms, pretty on the inside. Pretty in the dark.
